CafePress.com offers multiple methods of shipping packages within the U.S. and International destinations during the holiday season. This Holiday Shipping Schedule covers all items, including our Dark Apparel and Book products. Please note that our Dark Apparel and Book products have longer production times compared to many of our other product offerings, which therefore impact shipping methods and delivery dates.

Ordering deadlines in the above listed schedules provide time for producing and shipping product orders, including transit times for each type of shipping service. The schedule also provides time for orders to arrive by Friday, December 22 (the last delivery day) prior to Monday, December 25. The $5 Flat Shipping is a shipping rate of $5 for up to 5 items for orders shipped within the U.S. Rate excludes shipping for custom postage, posters and framed prints, which ship separately and incur an additional charge. Shipping for individual orders of custom postage, stickers, buttons and CDs may have lower shipping rates.

Shipping dates may change. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, but CafePress will do its best to ensure late deliveries are as infrequent as possible.

Please note that consumers will need to manually select the 2-Day or Next Day shipping method as appropriate.

Shipping Options

Order Information:

• If ordering two or more items from multiple shipping categories, you will be charged the first item fee of greater value (Excluding Posters and Framed Prints).
• Posters and Framed Prints ship separately from other orders and have a separate shipping charge. Example: 2 posters and 2 t-shirts = $10 shipping ($5 for the posters and $5 for the t-shirts).
• Title to products passes to the customer when the products are delivered to the common carrier.
• Tracking is available for all shipping methods except USPS. Sign in to your account to track a shipped order.

Returns and Exchanges

CafePress.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from CafePress.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing T-shirts, mugs, and mousepads will be listed in a way similar to the following example:
